I've always heard that in order to form a habit it takes 30 days of doing whatever it is everyday to make it one. For me this has never been easy. For example, remembering to take my medication. It’s hard to believe that the month of April is already over as well as the A to Z Challenge for 2013. Starting Our Cross-Country Trip Heading to Alaska

I don't think there's a cookie cutter lifestyle to apply to all writers. It would be like saying all stay-at-home moms are great cooks or fantastic at keeping their homes spotlessly clean.
