As everyone knows I have been trying to raise funds to not only start the Mariana Tunstall Scholarship Foundation but as of yet I do not have the money to be able to do everything that is needed (like starting a 501c3).
I had converted my PayPal account to a nonprofit status even though I did not have everything set up yet. Well, this was a huge mistake as they ended up limiting my account. So I could not long accept money for the foundation as I technically do not have it set up the way it needs to be. I figured it will cost about $1000 but with me being out of work the way I have been the last three months due to the pain issues I’ve been having I cannot afford it at this time.
So, as a result, I cannot request donations through this PayPal account towards the scholarship foundation as a result. I know someday I will be able to but it is not in the cards right now.
However, I still need to raise the funds for Mari’s book. As I have told most you already, I have started over on her book and it is already so much better. I think I need to raise about $10,000 towards the editing of the book as well as self-publishing it once I am done. This may sound like a lot but I want to be sure I get the book just right.
So, if you feel you can donate any amount, even if it is just $5, it would be of so much help towards this book. Thank you in advance for any and all help that you can give as it touches my heart. I know her story will be able to touch so many lives as a result.
