When we think of the word improv, we typically think of actors and actresses in an acting class. All they may be given is a word or a phrase. From there the true magic behind acting comes forth. Day 14: Waiting for Pizza
What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think about piazza? For me it's one with Canadian bacon (not ham :) ) and pineapple with extra cheese, and easy on the sauce. Of course, double the pineapple while were at it. I can almost taste the pizza in my mouth already. The key here, no matter whether you have a frozen pizza, you pick up a fresh one at the store or have one delivered to your home, you still have to wait. Day 12: Patience
Let me just say that of all the gifts God has bestowed upon me, patience isn't one of them. I might be good at things like scrapbooking, crocheting, cross stitching, computers, and even writing, but I have such a low threshold for being patient. I wonder how many closet writers there are because they're scared to get out of their comfort zone, daring to tell what's rolling around in their brains. Fear can be a great force within ourselves. Its amazing sometimes how God works. Many say His ways are mysterious. The bottom line, no matter how much we want to control every thing, we simply don't know His plan for all of our lives. If this opportunity happened to me I know without a shadow of doubt I contact as many school as I could to find out how I could give a four-year scholarship to those individuals who were majoring in special education. FALLing on my face ⎯ literally
Have you ever fallen hard when walking, especially on ice. The year my husband turned 30 I decided to throw him a surprise big 30th birthday party. We invited around 40 people to our friend Missy's house. She had a nice big house at the time that fit everyone comfortably. I purchased a sheet cake from Sam's Club.
