Motivation. What a word. It can mean so much to so many people, yet what motivates us is all so different. Just like our fingerprints are all different, so is the motivating power behind what we do.

For me, what motivates me to keep writing on my daughter’s dedication website is my daughter. I can write about the good times and the bad. When I’m feeling lonely or have a need to write down the thoughts that swirl around in my brain like a tornado.

On this website, my fiction writing and how it might be able to help someone or for others to see an impact it might make.

To hear comments or replies to things I write will always have a special place in my heart. Not only did the person take the time to read what I wrote, but they also took the time to leave a comment. Think about that for a moment. They don’t have to, yet they felt lead to do so. Sometimes I wonder if people realize how much each and every one of those comments mean to us.
