In the last week or so I’ve been trying very hard to keep my site going with having a post for every day. However, after giving much thought to my decision, I’ve had to decide to cut down on the number of posts I do here on a weekly basis.
My 365 day writing journey has been so much fun for me. However, I’ve also started my fiction writing website, kristenatunstall.com, and this site has also become important to my writing career. So far it’s been going great. I feel blessed with how my writing is proceeding forward. I think it’s important I not only devote enough time to both of my sites, as this site holds a special place for me, I also know my limitations.
I’m currently homeschooling my daughter/niece. I also need time to write my fiction book (which hasn’t been happening as much as I’d like). Then I need to also keep up with both sites as they are equally important to me. So, as you can imagine, something has to give.
I’ve decided that I will post every other day on this site, still keeping up with my 365 day journey as I work my way through the book “A Year of Writing Dangerously: 365 Days of Inspiration and Encouragement.” So instead of seven days a week, it will either be three or four days a week, depending on the week.
My hope is that I can now focus more on fiction writing as well as the editing process of Mari’s book. It’s getting close to completion. I’ve got the book cover created. I can’t wait for the day I can tell all of you when it will be released.
So, my next post will be on Saturday, October 19, 2008, and then every other day after that.
